Shipping Timeline & Dispatch

• Ready-Stock Orders: Dispatched within 1 to 5 working days.

• Mixed Orders (Ready Stock & Preorder): Held and shipped together once all preorder items are fully completed.

• Dispatch Schedule: We ship orders once a week, and we deeply appreciate your patience while we prepare your parcel.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Malaysia)

• West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM 8.00

• East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM 15.00

• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders totaling MYR 150 and above.

Tracking Your Order

• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

• As soon as your items are dispatched, a separate shipping notification containing your tracking number will be emailed to you. (Tip: Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.)
