Seok Art Studio take great care in packaging and shipping your stationery, journals, and creative goods safely. Due to the delicate and paper-based nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please review policy details below before completing your purchase.

1. General Policy (Final Sale)

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind due to incorrect selections, or buyer's remorse, are all not accepted.

  • Final Sale Items: All discounted items, clearance items, seasonal collection drops, and digital downloads are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on studio part, i am happy to make it right.

  • Reporting Window: Please notify within 14 days of delivery at store contact email.

  • Required Evidence: Please include your Order Number and clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in.

  • Resolution: Once reviewed and approved, a replacement for the damaged item (subject to stock availability) will be issued. Direct cash or card refunds for damaged goods is not offered, unless replacement stock is completely unavailable.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Seok Art Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, or if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout.

  • If your tracking shows your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Also please drop me an email and i will see what i can do to help. Thanks for your kind understanding!
